David Lake letter, 1843
This collection consists of one handwritten letter from David Lake to his brother Charles Lake dated January 14, 1843. The letter was written from Lebanon, Cobb County, GA, which is modern-day Holly Springs, GA, now part of Cherokee County. The letter discusses Lake family news as well as the purchasing of enslaved individuals in Georgia, touching on both the costs and morality of slave trading. Included with the letter is a typed transcription.

This collection contains copies of the dispositions of Ed Rugg and Betty Sielgel, copies of exhibits used in the dispositions that were presented during the 1995 court case, Candace Kaspers versus Board of Regents. Clippings, memoranda, correspondence, and other various documents from 1991-1997 are also included.

This collection consists of papers, correspondence, reports, and other documentation regarding the litigation and resignation of the Bagwell College of Education Dean, Yiping Wan amid charges of fraudulent financial activity of Kennesaw State University funds. Wan resigned from KSU in 2007. He was indicted in 2008 and convicted in 2012.
Lemon Street, Marietta, Georgia Collection, 1951-2004
The collection consists of five photographic prints and a calendar with photographic reproductions documenting African American life on historic Lemon Street, located near downtown Marietta, Georgia. The calendar contains contains photographic reproductions of students and teachers who attended the Lemon Street School, circa 1940s-1950s, and the photographic prints include a class picture, the first babies born in Fort Hill Homes, and two social events.

Lorelei Ladies Softball Team Memorabilia Collection, 1953-2009
The Lorelei Ladies Softball Team Memorabilia Collection contains three artifacts related to the women's softball team, including a trophy presented to one of the players, "Miss Softball, Frances Wallace, Atlanta, Ga., 1953"; and three commemorative glass softballs related to the Lorelei Ladies reunion at the KSU Bailey Park in April 25, 2009. This collection contains information about the Marietta City Public School System and the Marietta City Board of Education that includes: construction documents, building funds, surveys, statistics, reports, photos, and some general historical information about various schools as well as the school system itself. Mark and Mary Harvey Book Collection
This collection of books was donated by Mark and Mary Harvey of Kennesaw, Georgia and it includes 79 books on (mostly European) history, culture, and literature that were collected by the Harveys over the course of many years and travels. The collection was donated to the BRBM in July 2021, and the Deed of Gift was finalized in January 2022.
McAdoo Family Papers, 1840s - 1880s; 1993-1994
The McAdoo Family Papers are divided into three series by format. The first series contains photocopies of the diaries of Mary Faith Floyd McAdoo and her husband William Gibbs McAdoo from the mid-nineteenth century. The second series is a collection of miscellaneous genealogical material relating to William Gibbs McAdoo. Finally, the correspondence series consists of letters from Brice Clagett to Dr. Florence Corley regarding his book projects.

The McNeel Marble Company Collection contains materials related to the company founded in the spring of 1892 by Morgan Louis McNeel and his brother R. M. McNeel. Items include a sales catalog, reproductions of plant drawings, postcards, and a sepia print of the plant located in Marietta, Georgia.
Harold L. McPheeters Publications Collection, 1966-1985
This collection consists of publications on social work and mental health of Dr. Harold Lawrence McPheeters from 1966-1985. It includes case studies, training manuals, status reports, and teaching manuals donated to Kennesaw State University Special Collections, Sturgis Library from Judy Slater a professor of Social Work. Judy Slater obtained the collection directly from Dr. Harold L. McPheeters.
Memorabilia. Coca-Cola, 1995-2006
The collection consists of five glass soda bottles created in collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company to celebrate significant events in Kenensaw State University history. These include the 1994 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Baseball National Championships, 1995 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Softball National Championships, and the term of President Betty L. Siegel, from 1981-2006.
